What is DANIC OS?
DANIC OS is the operating system for your software development — an orchestrated fleet of specialised coding agents (reviewers, testers, architects, refactor bots) working in parallel on your stack. It is not a SaaS tool we resell; it is a complete setup we build, productionise inside your company, and hand over fully. -
How is DANIC different from a typical software or AI agency?
Three things: (1) the setup is fully yours — no tool resale, no yearly license. (2) The know-how stays in your team after the engagement — we ship playbooks, training, and a 90-day hotline. (3) Data and pipelines run on your own infrastructure — not on agency infra. No lock-in, no change-request-driven retainer. -
Do we really get the full setup handed over — code, configuration and know-how?
Yes. Complete handover is the standard, not an upsell. You get the source code, agent configuration, CI/CD integration, playbooks, a full architecture report and a 90-day coaching hotline with our CTO. After a 4-week handover phase, your team runs the setup on its own. -
Which tech stack does DANIC OS work on?
TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java are supported out of the box. Other languages (Rust, C#, Kotlin) are scoped during the use-case scan. DANIC OS is tailored to your stack — no SaaS binding, no forced migration. -
Can we run DANIC OS on our own infrastructure?
Yes, that is the default. The setup runs on your own infrastructure — in your datacenter, in your AWS/GCP/Azure tenancy, or in a hybrid topology. By default the agents call the Anthropic Claude API; on request we configure the setup to talk to a self-hosted LLM in your tenancy instead. Compliance, data residency and audit trail stay with you. -
How many agents run in parallel?
100+ specialised coding agents in parallel in the standard setup. Reviewers, testers, architects, refactor bots, doc bots — each role scales independently per use case. We have run significantly higher counts on highly parallel codebases. -
What does a typical engagement look like — and how long does it take?
Five steps: (1) on-site use-case scan. (2) Setup design (architecture + agent roles). (3) MVP in 2 weeks on your real stack — Pilot. (4) Scale-out to 100+ agents and CI/CD integration in 6–12 weeks — Build & Scale. (5) Complete handover over 4 weeks with training + 90-day hotline. Total: typically 10–14 weeks. -
What does a pilot cost — and what happens if it fails?
Pilot is fixed-price €19,500 for 2 weeks, scoped to one use case. Ends with a live demo plus a written architecture report — and a clear go/no-go call. If no-go, you spent €19,500 on an honest read instead of €120,000+ on a failed project. No retainer, no commitment to Build & Scale afterwards. -
Which compliance standards (GDPR, BaFin, ISO 27001) are covered?
Build & Scale includes a compliance review for GDPR, BaFin and ISO 27001. Because the setup runs on your infrastructure, ownership stays with you — we ship the architecture, audit trails and documentation an external auditor expects. Healthcare standards (MDR, FDA-21-CFR) are scoped during the use-case scan. -
Is DANIC OS suitable for regulated industries like healthcare or finance?
Yes — we have shipped in both. DANIC brings 25+ years of healthcare-software DNA. Operated on your own infrastructure, full audit trail, EU data residency — defaults, not add-ons. For highly restricted environments we configure the setup against a self-hosted LLM in your tenancy (no outbound traffic during agent runs, deterministic logging).
